I've been (finally, after what has been a rather longer gap than intended!) putting together a few items to put up on Etsy,
and first off the press are some cotton reel pincushion,
which will be making an appearance soon when I have more time (and better light) to photograph them better.
Until then, I believe I need to pack an overnight bag. Tonight I go to bed as a 39 year old, clinging on to her 30's.
Tomorrow, I wake up 40.
EEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKK!

Have a very Happy Birthday tomorrow. It's really not so bad. The number may say 40, but in your heart you know you'll always be 26!
Wishing you a happy birthday for tomorrow. Don't freak out too much, I turned 40 last October, it was actually rather quite liberating, strange, but it was wonderful to say I am 40. lol.
I love your new creations.
These are delightful!
Don't worry about the big 40, it's only a number!

Lovely pin cushions.
And waking up 40 isn't nearly as bad as you think.
I managed it in March. The worst part is you're not in your 30's anymore. Eeek!

These are very cute and would make darling gifts for fellow sewers or as favors for stitch/quilt retreats! Ah, and happy early birthday! Don't worry, the 40's aren't so bad; besides, I hear they're the new 30's! :)
Happy Birthday. The white snowy owl you made for me a couple of years ago still resides on the dresser in our hall and makes me happy every time I see it. 40's not so bad but mine was some time ago so I may be misremembering! Have a lovely day. Bx
Ooh, how lovely are they!

I hope you had a lovely birthday! Speaking as someone who hit 40 entirely accidentally a few months ago, it's not soooooooo bad!

I LOVE your lil pin cushions! Each are a work of art and very unique. I am not much of a seamstress, but I do dobble in knitting, crochet and just learned tatting. I will be back for fun, as I love handmade items. I have always felt that handmade is HEARTMADE!!
