My newest piece of sewing equipment...

Turns out, after years of intermittent pain which has slowly developed into near constant pain, I have tennis embroiderers elbow.

Hopefully the epicondylar clasp and a week of high dose ibuprofen will help!

  7. Poor thing! I can sympathize. I had a real bad case of tennis elbow 2 years ago. Unfortunately, mine did not get completely well. I still wear a band and have to baby it a lot. Hope you have a quick recovery!

  8. I'm a addict when it comes to my sewing and craft room along with the many other things I do. My profession now is as a Massage Therapist due to the tennis elbow. Find a orthopedic massage therapist in your area that can work with you in a clinical way. I promise you will find a new relief.
