Herbie the baby hedgehog

(or does he look more like a stegosaurus than a hedgehog?!)

While the others were watching the Simpsons Movie this afternoon (spider pig, spider pig...), I got to try out a new pattern I drew up last night whilst Mr LK was upgrading my mac operating system software. Herbie still needs a few tweaks here and there, but went ok for a first attempt, maybe the body needs to be shorter though?

It looks like the first lot of softies to put on Etsy are all having a 'farm' theme. I quite like the idea of each update having a theme!

    he is gorgeous - I reckon he has a steosaurus back but a decisively hedgehog-like face - in fact I think he mey be the world's first stegoshog! (have you been messing with the genome pool again?!)

    Does whatever a spider pig does ....

    That gets stuck in my head so easily!

    I love it! We raised African Pigmy Hedgehogs! This reminds me of them!

    He looks like a stegahog to me. Either way, he is adorable. Maybe you should start your own animals and name them whatever YOU fancy!

    he is very sweet, I love the tree pattern on the fabric... I have a thing for trees though i seem to draw them all the time. very sweet

    I think he is a perfect hedgehog! I am thinking of having a theme for my shop updates too, at least a colour them to make it look nice :)
