Post is here, post is here!

I've been working on my mobile for the mobile swap I'm signed up for...,

using the embroidered letter idea again really appealed to me, and this time there are four miniature ones addressed to the seasons.

There are some leaves to be embroidered ready to add into the mix too, the problem I have now is to sort out the actual construction of the mobile, not having made one before!

I'd quite like to just string them all in a row, but need to think about how, and with what, any mobile making tips would be greatly appreciated!

I knew these envelopes were too cute to just be confined to Valentine's Day.

that is too cute. maybe a big fat chunky ribbon down the center in the back. maybe the bottom one open or a letter peaking out...

oh, just had another idea. what if the envelopes were at the top and they had news/letters dangling from them.

Please remember that I am not properly awake yet but I thought that you were talking about a mobile phone. I couldn't work out why you were making letters and how you were going to turn them into a phone. I think that I may go back to bed and try again.

How about stringing them in a row with the 'beak' of the envelope holding over the string? (Like little owls!)

Totally agree with you on the colour red thing - it just gives such a stunning oomph to a room. Interesting that it took me until I was in my late 30s to get hooked on it.

And love your gorgeous crafts!
